About

Interiorist (n.): an interior design expert who shapes spaces as a mirror of their occupants' inner lives.

The word “interiorist” was chosen to go beyond the traditional labels of “decorator” or “interior architect”. It is a name that brings together expertise in spatial design and the exploration of our inner lives.

For Marine, being an “interiorist” means working as a revealer: she does not simply dress walls, she seeks to align the physical space with the inner state, psychological and emotional, of the people who live in it.

Illustration of a living room: green sofa and armchairs around a fireplace, with a bay window opening onto greenery
Warm, bright layout
open, welcoming
Neutral, harmonious colours, natural materials
modest, discreet, refined
Personal belongings displayed sparingly
mindful of appearances without being showy
Large bay window facing the greenery
curious, with a rather introverted streak; the inside remains a refuge, the outside is observed before it is explored
